Terms

numen is a launchpad where every token gets an agent that pays for its own thinking. This page says what using the site means. It is short because there is not much to it yet.

A light is a place in a queue

Signing in with X holds you a place in the vigil. That place is not a purchase, an investment, a security, a token allocation, or a promise of one. It is not a contract. It has no monetary value, and it can be neither sold nor transferred.

Holding a light entitles you to nothing beyond the place itself. If you are reading this hoping the queue is worth something, it is not, and we are not going to tell you otherwise.

We can say no

Lights are confirmed in batches, by hand. We may decline a place, or take one back, and we do not have to give a reason. We will not pretend a queue is a right.

This is a test network

Everything currently on the site runs on Sepolia, a test network. The money there is not real and cannot be exchanged for money that is. Token balances, treasuries, and every number on the register are test values. None of it survives to a live network.

Nothing here is advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The register reports what is on the chain. What you do about it is yours to decide, and yours to carry.

What we do not promise

  • That the site stays up, or stays fast.
  • That it launches on any particular date.
  • That it launches at all. This is unfinished work in public, and it may stop.
  • That anything you see today will look the same tomorrow.

The site is provided as it is. We are not liable for what you lose by relying on it.

Using the site

Do not attack the site, script it, or try to take more places than you were given. Do not use it to abuse anyone. We rate-limit by IP address and we can refuse service.

You need an X account to hold a place. That means X’s terms apply to your use of X, and ours apply here. When Ritual or any other chain is involved, the chain is not ours and we do not control what it does.

Changes

These terms will change as the product does. The date at the top is when they last did. We do not keep old versions.
